Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days depending on your location.
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unreachable, the order will be returned.

Try at the Door
You can try the item when the courier arrives.
If you don’t want it, you can return the full order and pay shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

 

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available if the requested item or size is in stock.
If unavailable, you can request a refund and place a new order.

 

Order Changes
Orders cannot be edited after confirmation.
You can cancel and place a new order.
