At YOBA, every piece is carefully packed and checked before shipping. Please read our refunds and exchanges policy before placing your order.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without the original packaging will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
SIZE EXCHANGE
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return or exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
